Business Account Manager responsible for a portfolio of leading retailers and brands committed to WRAP’s Sustainable Clothing Action Plan (SCAP) 2020 Agreement (representing approx. 55% UK apparel market - Arcadia, ASOS, Next, Primark, Tesco (F&F), Sainsbury's). I work with them to secure funding and develop partnerships and behaviour change initiatives that deliver lasting environmental benefit. Campaign Manager leading the development of a consumer behavioural change programme and overseeing the delivery of the Love Your Clothes consumer campaign.

I supported Programme Managers to develop and deliver business to business communication plans. I executed a range of behavioural change campaigns utilising a full range of communications channels and media. This included WRAP’s successful construction campaign, Halving Waste to Landfill. Over 800 companies joined the commitment and projects with an estimated construction value in excess of £40 billion adopted WRAP's procurement wording to reduced waste.

Responsible for defining and delivering all communications to Sesame’s mortgage, protection and GI customer base including production of a quarterly magazine.Copy writing for a variety of internal and external audiences including researching and drafting press releases.Relationship management of key product and technology partners.Presenting at mortgage events from small forums (10-15 people) to nationwide seminars (60+ people).

Strategic planning with the Head of Marketing, Product Managers and other internal stakeholders to define an annual programme of B2B marketing and communications activity to promote Sesame and Sesame services that delivers against business and brand strategy.Developing core messages, targets, objectives and promotional themes that utilise the full range of media channels.Presenting to senior management and briefing customer facing teams, external partners and agencies.Leading and mentoring Marketing Executives including objective setting and time management.Working with strategic partners (major financial services product providers and lenders) to deliver B2B2C campaigns.Commissioning research to evaluate customer response and mapping customer journeys to help shape the development and positioning of new services and propositions.

Project management of the development of integrated B2B recruitment, retention and usage campaigns from the appointment and management of external agencies through to delivery of all campaign elements encompassing DM, advertising (print and online) and events.Post campaign evaluation against a range of key performance indictors that include budgetary management, response analysis and ROI.Campaign development and delivery including the production of printed marketing collateral, website development and customer communications.Embedding the Sesame brand and brand values and providing guidance on the use of Sesame’s identity.

Production and roll-out of marketing materials for divisions within the group and development of corporate marketing collateral including tenders and the annual reports and accounts.Managing the group's appearance at conferences and exhibitions including the Labour Party and CBI conferences.Providing brand guidance, support and feedback for internal departments, external clients and agencies. Main contact for all operational and joint venture branding.
