ESS Homecare Supply Chain Operations Leader

- Ensuring that planning process is followed in all L&M Programs area through the set up and continuous update of an Integrated Master Schedule covering all L&M Programs and Functions activities.- Establishing the L&M Programs Master Plan in coordination with Engineering, all Supply Chain and Manufacturing. Monitoring the progress through releases of authorization to manufacture and procure in accordance with the target lead times.- Leading optimization of all L&M Program's inventories following a monthly process and through a network of people from all departments and functions in the Company.- L&M risk management activities including: * Identification of any risk affecting L&M programs. * Identification and implementation of mitigation plans and proper follow-up. * Identification of improvement opportunities and follow up.- Leading development of industrialization activities in L&M Programs.Other activities include to participate in the tasks:- Establishing the prices and pricing policy to be applied for all L&M Programs sales proposals.- Assessment of deal profitability with direct impact on the L&M Program´s Profit and Loss.- Business Case for every contract of L&M Program.- Preparation of technical and commercial offers for L&M programs requested by customers.

- Full responsible for the management and coordination of all industrialization activities for aerostructures C295/CN235: outer wings, nose fuselage, ramp-door, port-door, pilot doors, parachute doors, passenger doors and rear cone assembly.- Consulting support on the industrialization activities for aerostructures A330: section 13 and central box.

Medium & Light Military Transports and Mission System A/C- Deployment and coordination of Lean tools as Lean Focal Point between Final Assembly Line [FAL] and Flight Line & Delivery Centre [FL&DC].- Implementation of SQCDP, VSM (times and sequences), performance tracker, KPIs, continuous improvement, practical problem solving, tactical improvement plans, kaizen, layouts oriented to process, workshops.- Development and launchment of the following projects:1. Step change ’12: Creation of a pioneer pulse line in an Airbus’ FL&DC: 20% reduction of lead time variability and 100% adherence to target hours.2. Analysis of the A/C impact at FAL St-35 weekly reported to Steering Committee.
