The Unilever Leadership Internship Program for Customer Business Development is an experience deep in sales and how to utilize data insights to drive revenue. In this role, the team I was assigned to is called IC NOW (short for Ice Cream Now), with a focus of the team to sell ice cream through online platforms such as: Tokopedia, Shopee, Grab, Gojek, and other E-Commerce sites in Indonesia. Utilizing data dashboards (Power BI) and monthly reports built together with our partners, I was able to manage an increase in revenue by 200% for the 5 accounts that I handled. Other than raising revenue and strengthening our stakeholders, I was also in charge of bringing ways to make our data analysis much more effective such as using RStudio to generate business reports and using Excel sheets in order to create analysis templates on the usual data that we receive fromo ur partners in order to see the cyclical trend that usually happens when it comes to ice cream sales online. As a result of this project, the team was able to have an overall increase in revenue Y.o.Y. by 167%.

The External Stakeholders Sheet Management team combines data science and partnerships to tell data stories about the current context and conditions being faced by local committees in building strategic partnerships. I lead a team that produces data insights, partnership regulations and standards, as well as Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel tutorials to help and support local committees on the process of administrating and strengthening partnerships. My team and I produced AIESEC in Indonesia's official External Stakeholders Report, a monthly report that uses all 26 Local Committees of AIESEC in Indonesia's data to describe the condition of Indonesia's partnership trends. We explained using data reports about topics on pre-, during-, and post- partnership building difficulties and partnership patterns. These data reports are then used by the Local Committees to be aware of what's next for the External Stakeholders Sheet Management and trends of partnership of other Local Committees. In addition, I also work on the backend of AIESEC in Indonesia's Google Data Studio that visualizes such trends from the Local Committees.

In this internship, I was responsible to build a computer-vision algorithm using Deep Learning TensorFlow for fraud detection of National Identification Card when it comes to one of the clients of SG EDTS. The client requested to use said card in order to see whether a person is buying more than the limit of the quota for that particular day more than once, hence the need to build an initial model that can detect faint copies of the card. Hence, there is a need to build the database first using Google BigQuery in order to house the dataset of "fake" and "real" National Identification Card that was expired to train the algorithm, which was then tested to a real dataset of 1000+ different images. The algorithm was able to obtain an accuracy of >80%, marking its viability and usage in the next part of the project after my internship experience was over. This results in a contribution of 40% of the project's process, helping build the foundation of the final project to be able to detect slight hints in fake National Identification Cards.The role does have its usual job descriptions as well, such as the building of data visualization dashboards (Tableau) and data analysis (Python and Pandas) in order to show to clients on their business inferences.

In this internship, I'm responsible for handling a project on the Introduction to the use of Artificial Intelligence - how and what solutions can accelerate their industrial processes, materials selection, and materials grouping. Machine learning was used for this project to support Komatsu's Materials Technology Center. I then reported the result of the project to the head of the Materials Technology Center and president-director of Komatsu Indonesia, PT.
