Commercial ManagerNorthern Foods Oct 1999 - Jan 2004Dorset Chilled Foods (then part of the Northern Foods Group) supplied Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Waitrose in the own label savoury eggs sector and Safeway with a range of Crisp-bakes. Category Buying Manager - Fresh FoodsSafeway Stores Plc May 1995 - Oct 1999I was a buyer in two categories in Fresh Foods, firstly buying Fresh Salads and dips and Kosher and then Fresh pies and quiche.
