I joined a newly formed team focusing on developing a streamlined sales process for the Graysons brand, offering sales support to the venue collection; with KPI’s focused on growth and retention of existing clients, acquisition of new business and staying up-to-date with industry trends. Approached to form part of the key leadership team as Sales and Events Executive; I was involved with launching and developing all aspects of this new venue. Following our highly successful launch, we exceeded sales targets. I pro-actively took on additional responsibilities in both finance and marketing, based on the above I was promoted to take over full responsibility for the venue as Sales Manager. Some of my key responsibilities included:• Handled all sales, coordination and marketing for the venue• Proactively generated sales leads • Implemented social media campaigns • Developed sales targets, forecasting and reporting tools that were adopted company wide• Exceeded sales targets

Following a successful Placement Year, I was approached by Senior Management and offered a position within the sales team. My main focus was to improve sales and co-ordination of events for this complex venue.Some of my key achievements included:• Achieved a sale of the highest value to date• Exceeded all quarterly sales targets• Mystery shopped and received a score of 100% • Responsible for staff Health & Safety training

During my placement year, I was appointed as Event Floor Manager for Ampersand, CH&Co at ZSL London Zoo. My responsibilities included the overseeing of all events, problem-solving and management of the team as well as being the first point of contact for clients. Some of my key achievements included:• Managed multiple events; including two Royal Family functions and a function for Sir David Attenborough• Appointed employee of the month in the first three months of employment • Managed and led multiple event support teams of up to fifty staff
