Helped this Company in various areas of need first market development with the administration under the De Bartolo group.I spearheaded the sale and acquisition to Investors from Venezuela Ragarca Group of America and was contractef to lead sourcing and procurement in which I personally endorsed more 3 million USD IN credit lines . I helped run the day to business , hired the right people fired the not so right . I succesfully lead the sales department helping and teaching how to market and close sales in both USA AND LATINAMERICA . I brought in a handful of my more than 300+ customers that would fit at that time the New Hytec Automotive Group culture . Hytec was a leading brand in cooling systems in the USA when acquired . howevet the lack of knowledge from ownership of the basic necesites of the USA market basically such as complete lines , inventory applicable to the US Market , disappeared the brand from the USA and is presently only shipped slightly in to some countries . combine this situation with the fact that all good things come to an end , my services were no longer needed and the Company is now a proud redistributor and broker of household brands such as AISIN, FORD , GM and MOPAR focused mainly on Latin America.

very bad experience .. cheated out of lots of money 1.8 million to be exact . many customers cheated out of money in latin america also millions of dollars by the owner of this company and set up for failure . a failure that never matured . because truth prevailed and so did I . thought I had a future and I gave all I had only to end empty handed . life has a way of fixing things. and i was fortunate enough to remain loyal to the cause until discovery of wrong doing . at the end of this bad experience in dealings with crooks, i prevailed and so did my honest and hard work.

brief stay with this company. the Late Murphy Levey hired me on the spot based on my experience in the alternator and starter business. I sold millions of dollars for this company in a short time. but it was family owned and runned and dealing with his kids was yet another challenge as if building an export business wasn't enough challenge. JS Distributor was one of my good customers and he opened the door for me . helped with my moving expenses. it was an unorganized small operation and it was family runned business. I absorbed the experience and moved on .
