Current•Built Powershell/Bash scripts to automate processes including Windows/Mac deployment andadding network printers, resulting in a drastic improvement in help desk productivity, ticketturnover rate, and misconfigurations.• Ran vulnerability scans against DMZ subnet using Nessus and researched CVE’s using openresources NIST NVD, MITRE, and vendor sites for mitigation.• Managed Windows Server 2012 and leveraged AD powershell module to improve efficiency ofadministrative tasks. This led me to create documentation for the team to utilize linux/windowscommand-line utilities for their tasks.
