Patron of Reading for three Cumbrian schools.Has written a series of fantasy time slip YA novels- Out of Time series set in the beautiful Furness peninsula and Furness Abbey.Writes for Amberley Publishing: local history books including "Barrow in Furness Through Time"two new titles due 2022.Works at beautiful Furness Abbey (seasonal) as HPS and love every minute. Enjoy sharing my knowledge and love of the abbey with visitors.Specialties: Author visits to schools and provision of Child focused Local History projects to extend knowledge, appreciation and pride in the local environment and to discover the journey from past to present.
