To lead the strategic review, design and delivery of the Oncology training for all field-force training roles across Europe, USA, Asia-Pacific, Japan & Emerging Markets (APJEM). To lead the strategic review, design and delivery of Oncology training for all Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) personnel across Europe, USA and APJEM.Key Responsibilities:• As part of the lead team, has responsibility for training vision, strategy and content to ensure field-force effectiveness to deliver sales and profit objectives. • Has responsibility for training vision & strategy to ensure MSLs/RMSs across Europe/APJEM and USA have the optimum oncology/asset knowledge to achieve their objectives• Lead effective training implementation working closely with the VPs and lead teams • Ensure effective prioritization of oncology capability development across field-forces and MSL teams• Drive appropriate resource to be invested in training capability development across Oncology• Lead, coach and manage a high performing team of specialists who deliver excellence in Oncology training and coaching to enhance capabilities• Drive excellent implementation of European, USA and APJEM initiatives • Direct above Oncology activities e.g. Trainers Network• Collaborate with Brand teams, Sr. Sales Management, Business Unit Heads, Product Directors, and field sales management to coordinate strategic direction for Oncology product knowledge and sales skills related activities.• Liaison with global training networks (R&D, Medical, regulatory and other functions to ensure sharing of best practice & drive excellence e.g. Training Operational Excellence)

I gained valuble experience in managing, coaching and leading the team to deliver objectives working in a matrix team environment.
