Responsibilities:- £800k of equity data revenue from clients including fund managers, investment banks and other data vendors- Decisions on pricing for new and existing clients- Training new sales directors on equity data knowledge

Originally this role involved responsibility for a team of 25 people including; Team Leaders, Analysts and a QA team. However, in 2006 the decision was made to offshore the majority of the team’s work to a division of Hemscott based in India. As a result my role included managing a team of 19 people in the UK through a redundancy situation whereby work was offshored to India over a period of nine months.- Creating a schedule for the transfer of knowledge and responsibilities to India- Documenting all of the department processes for transfer- Liaising with the team in India and a management team in the US- Motivating the UK team to maintain high standards despite the transition happening in the middle of a busy company reporting period- Motivating the UK team (under notice of redundancy at the time) to assist in the training of analysts both in the UK and Delhi- Recruiting and managing a team of temporary analysts to provide support to the team- Creating a team of 4 core jobs to remain in the UK to liaise with India and monitor QA, speed of processing and resolve queries

Responsible for Directory of Directors, Kemps International, Kemps UK and Kemps Europe as well as research into the set up and development of new and existing directories.

Responsibilities:- Data and production for 6 directories- List generation for marketing database- Copy chasing for advertising items- Liaising with printers and typesetters
