Being the Registered Manager at Duty Care Limited means that I am responsible for the overall delivery of high quality live-in home care to our clients. I oversee the day-to-day operations and as the provision of excellent care requires good team work and planning, I head up this aspect of the business as well. Duty Care is fully compliant with CQC regulations and in combination with the tailored and flexible Care Plans we offer, it is also my duty to make sure that our clients have the chance to be cared for, live well and be safe in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.

When I was appointed as the Deputy Manager it was my responsibility to ensure that our clients had their desired continuity of care. I also acted as the dedicated customer liaison where I was able to continually review individual Care Plans with the goal of adapting and refining our services towards the best outcomes for the customer.
