The Ohio Bruins are a men's professional basketball team located in Columbus, Ohio and were founded in December of 2019. The Bruins mission is to provide opportunities for our athletes to be seen on a professional stage against some of the best talent across the country. The Bruins currently play in the Amercian Basketball Association and plan to play in the Hype Hoops Pro League in summer 2023.

• Field approximately thirty to fifty calls a day assisting with issues with home phone, internet, and cable.• Troubleshoot various issues from no dial tone to assisting a customer with setting up a whole house for networking.• Walked customers through setting up self install kits over the phone, if there was a need then I would send a technician to assist them.• Follow-up with customers whom I scheduled follow-ups to. • Transitioned Insight communications into Time Warner Cable’s systems. • Assisted with migrating 600,000 plus customers from Insight communications to Time Warner Cable. • Worked tickets which were created by other agents which required follow-up and possible escalation.

Was a point of contact within my team for attrition; I also monitored attendance trends to determine if there are things that we can improve upon to retain agents. Developed and distributed to the other aux reports which helped to track the amount of time agents were spending in break, lunches, and training in an effort to remain profitable.
