I advise clients on a broad array of tax matters, including those relating to Canadian or international income tax, or BC provincial tax issues. I work with businesses large and small in the course of complex commercial reorganizations, transactional matters, disputes with tax authorities, and other business matters. I also specialize in dealing with BC Provincial Sales Tax, Property Transfer Tax (including the "foreign buyers" additional tax), and in limited respects, GST matters.In my spare time, I enjoy playing a variety of sports, travelling and reading.
