Having spent many years as an executive in a demanding corporate environment, I have built a passion for growing leaders who can navigate the corporate space with more self-awareness and robust leadership skills. I'm especially passionate about women in leadership and helping them manage their personal and corporate lives to achieve a mutually beneficial performance. Driving high performance at work and at home can be extremely challenging, and this is where I aim to make valuable impact, through coaching, to help executives thrive. Having had both my children while working a demanding global corporate role ensures that I bring a level of empathy and relevance to my coaching. Taking on a career in coaching has allowed me to take years of corporate leadership and management experience and marry these with an intuitive, empathetic approach to helping people achieve their true potential at work.

SoSerene is a B2B digital wellbeing solution, empowering companies to seamlessly integrate holistic wellbeing practices into the modern workplace, benefitting both employees and customers.  Working with founders to build and create a holistic wellbeing application using psychology, coaching, gamification, storytelling and the power of community, to help busy people achieve holistic wellbeing. Aimed mainly at corporates.  Building soSerene brand strategy to include brand positioning, brand archetype, USPs, audience and corporate identity.  Building and implementing marketing communications strategy. To drive brand awareness across various digital and traditional media channels aligned to a content framework and UX and design matrix. Build content partnership strategy with key corporate corporate clients using soSerene App to deliver value to their user and customer base.  Build and implement influencer campaigns aligned to client campaigns.  Liaison with corporate client marketing and brand teams regarding communications and campaign implementation Integrate the brand marketing comms strategy into sales and implementation approachsoSerene aims to effectively address wellbeing needs in corporates. I led and managed the employee engagement and internal communication’s strategies across the CEMEA (Central Europe, Middle East and Africa) region. Supporting CEMEA-wide Communication’s leads based in various markets across the region to execute employee engagement and reputational campaigns that aimed to drive positive employee engagement scores.

I led and managed the regional Communication’s team across MENA and SSA. Developed and executed the regional communication's strategy across a variety of diverse markets. Supported SSA/MENA-wide marketing, product, new technology/innovation, marketing and brand, risk management, human resources, merchant services, and Government Relations business units business to aid in developing business communication resources and drive media campaigns for various projects including Olympic sponsorship campaigns, payment products, government relations, media relations, reputation management (financial literacy).

I led and managed the regional communication's for Sub Saharan Africa. During which I supported the SSA-wide communications, PR/media and crisis management strategies. A key focus was to support the marketing, product, new technology/innovation, marketing, global sponsorship, risk management, compliance, acceptance, and Government Relations business units business to aid development of business communication resources and drive media campaigns for various projects including Olympic and FIFA World Cup sponsorship campaigns, payment technology, cross-border travel and tourism efforts, media relations, reputation management (financial literacy).
