Hills United Football Club is a semi-professional Football club and representative club for the Sydney Hills District. The club has teams competing in the Football NSW League (Women NPL2, NPL2, NPL Youth, GSAP andSAP) and NSW Powerchair League.

MyWOBSX supports the continued effort of securing the goal of 25% or more of WOBSX participants and graduates achieving ASX roles within two years of completing the program.The program offers access to a formal structure that supports targeted and ongoing activity towards securing additional Board roles.

Successfully completed the divestment of Masters Home Improvement and Home Timber & Hardware.Led cultural, change management and leadership strategies/initiatives for the business and 6200 team members throughout the strategic review and sale process minimising loss of talent and maintaining engagement. All changes implemented with no industrial action and with support of stakeholders (e.g. Union)Led and delivered $10m cost saving project for “Above Store” costs.Prior to the strategic review, successfully delivered rapid growth strategy (100 new team members every 6-8 weeks) and initiatives through workforce planning and innovative recruitment strategies. The integrated people strategy enabled the business to achieve years of aggressive store network expansion.

Lead HR policy at group level, the payroll function (paying over 160,000 people), executive remuneration and HR reporting for the Group. This included the implementation of a HR reporting system.
