Working with our partner organisations we provide vocational and corporate training and consultancy across Northern Ireland. We are a major contract holder for the Department for Economy and Department for Communities, offering a range of occupational training and qualifications to over 2,500 learners per year.Established in 1992 as Dairy Farm Training with a staff of 2 on one site, the company now has 106 staff and over 60 associates across seven sites in Northern Ireland, and three in Donegal. The organisation has grown to become an award-winning employment and learning organisation offering government funded training, employment support initiatives and corporate training solutions. With vast experience in the design, development and accreditation of training, qualifications and quality marks, People 1st have had over 57,000 learners achieving accredited qualifications.The company is proud to have worked successfully with some leading employers throughout Ireland.
