In my role as HR Business Partner for process improvement , I led a number of key projects that supported a variety of HR Operations ,across 3 HSE statutory sites, supporting stakeholders from design to close.I am an experienced PM /Business Analyst managing complex operational requirements to deliver efficient business processing systems.The success of these systems has been subject to the •The reduction in non value adding activites and automation of suitable processes.•Business process management design [people ,systems & skills] • Optimal system engagement and utilisation.• Digital learning material and lesson learned repositories.• Accurate process mapping and thorough stakeholder analysis.

As the project lead & HRIS analyst ,I covered a number of roles to support the implementation and migration ,of an on premise desktop application, to a cloud based (SAAS) application - which consisted of a HCM + employee self service module for 700+ users .This role required key knowledge in eco systems to ensure smooth migration & integration of multiple data sources.I supported the department with all data requests and prepared the monthly metrics.

I was responsible for all HR payroll related activities to include monthly payroll processing , validation.and audit requirements.
