I am a Registered Nurse with a special interest in caring for the aged and those living with dementia. I have worked extensively as an assessor in residential, community and acute settings and have experience across a range of roles including residential and palliative care; in-home and hospital rehab; group and individual respite care; and mental health, general medical and community nursing. My skill set includes comprehensive assessment; dementia and delirium screening; care planning and management; and excellence in written & verbal communication. I am a creative ‘people person’ who relates well to others and enjoys providing support and education for carers, clients and colleagues.
