As the Founder and President of Reign Wellness, I am driven by a passion for creating meaningful change in the menstrual product industry through sustainability and ethical practices. Since launching Reign Wellness into market in November 2023, we have committed ourselves to providing high-quality, plastic-free tampons made from 100% certified organic cotton. Our products are not only certified Vegan and approved by Health Canada but also contribute to environmental preservation. Through our partnership with Oceanworks, we remove one pound of plastic waste from the environment for every box sold, significantly reducing the plastic footprint compared to traditional tampons.In addition to my work with Reign Wellness, I served as an Associate Consultant with People Minded Business Inc. from October 2022 to August 2023. In this role, I leveraged my expertise in business relationship management, market planning, and creative problem-solving to drive strategic initiatives and enhance customer satisfaction. My experience in this capacity enriched my skills in decision-making, account management, and building trusting relationships, all of which have been instrumental in guiding the growth and impact of Reign Wellness.I hold an MBA from Ivey Business School, which has provided me with a robust foundation in strategic thinking and leadership.My professional journey has been guided by the belief that businesses should have a greater purpose beyond their products.
