Fundamental role within the company, ensuring good volumes of quality flats are sourced. The key objective is to ensure that all properties sourced meet and/or exceed the criteria required. The impact of this role is that by carrying out the role successfully the process of placing flats with investors’ runs smoothly. Ensuring good volumes of quality properties are sourced.Properties sourced meet and/or exceed company criteria.Online property searches.Viewing and assessing properties via open and private market.Completing B2L model.Negotiating offers.Instructing surveys.Instructing lawyers.Reviewing sites for price changes.Networking and finding new investor leads.

Key member of the Property Management Team providing exceptionally high standard of service to the landlord and tenant. Responsible as sole point of contact for all prospective tenants, ensuring all application and reference checks are completed to set requirements and timelines, arrange and manage Lease Signings with the tenants and ensure a smooth process to their tenancy commencing. • Ensure all prospective tenant applications are processed to set timelines• Arrange and undertake lease signings advising of all key information to tenants• Responsible for collecting all deposit and pre-move in monies• Provide prospective tenants smooth transition to tenancy start date• Responsible for ensuring properties achieve competitive rent for client• Update and process all utility information promptly and accurately • Work as a team with Property Manager • Ensure high service levels are maintained at all times• Provide prospective tenant with smooth and highly efficient application process
