I was an associate in the firm’s Complex Litigation Group. My complex commercial litigation experience includes representing clients in cases involving claims of breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty in both the shareholder derivative and financial services contexts. I was also a member of a litigation team defending a medical device manufacturer of Premarket-Approved medical devices. I have substantial experience at various stages of litigation, including law and motion practice as well as discovery.I also have experience in the areas of advertising, marketing, unfair competition, including claimed violations of the TCPA and other telephone recording statutes and online reputation management, and intellectual property.I have worked with a variety of retailers, manufacturers, and entertainment and production companies. My practice also includes regularly counseling clients on branding, advertising, and marketing issues, as well as advising companies on how to protect their intellectual property. I have also aided clients in developing litigation prevention strategies and related counseling, including drafting internal policies and guidelines to help clients achieve business objectives while minimizing risk.
