Experienced corporate trainer and sales representative supporting portfolios including customer service, health and life insurance as well as onboarding new employees. My previous position was Learning and Development Analyst at Alberta Blue Cross supporting the Individual Products Training Program. My responsibilities include new hire training for Sales, Retention and Loyalty, Administration and Travel departments. I am immersed in curriculum development using ADDIE and the Kirkpatrick model to create training materials as well as facilitating refresher programs for our legacy employees in both a classroom and remote environment. I assisted in the successful implementation of the transition to a digital approach to training after the COVID-19 pandemic transitioned all positions at the company to a work from home style. I was also the innovation champion for the learning and development department. I work as a freelance graphic designer and am immersed in the Adobe Suite of products including photoshop, illustrator, inDesign and acrobat. I am very passionate of my work and that my trainees are successful in their roles through the creation of innovative education programs, engaging our new hires and facilitating a variety of different programs.I currently hold a Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) certification.
