Additional role at VSO Cambodia headquarters included delivery of VSO Annual Country Review and support to VSO Livelihoods and Resilience Programme Manager in programme formulation.

Researched and developed new skills and wages model for clothing, textile and footwear sectors, based on international best practice. Conducted participatory research with union management, shop stewards and members nationally to develop model, propose plan for implementation and inform negotiations between partners. Trained shop stewards to raise awareness and train membership.
