Instruct and academically advise over 40 students per semester toward an Associate of Applied Science degree in Information and Network Technology; specifically in the areas of CompTIA A+ certification, the Cisco CCNA & CCNA Security certifications, Network Server Management, VMware's VCP certification, CompTIA Security+ certification, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Windows Server, IoT Fundamentals & Security, Cloud Computing Fundamentals, Cisco CCNA CyberOperations, and a Capstone course which manages students as employees in an on-the-job scenario as they support the IT needs for students in the entire department. Responsible for creating new courses and course maintenance of existing courses. Responsible for managing the departmental budget and equipment assets in excess of $75,000 , and coordinating with the department’s Professional Advisory Committee to align program courses and outcomes with local Information Technology industry requirements. Served on the college Assessment Committee for 5 years.
