Client: Equitable Resource, Inc.Role: SharePoint Architect • I provide key SharePoint direction to create the architecture for a custom SharePoint 2007 intranet.• I performed presentations to mid and upper level management to explain the short term and long term benefits for their departments. By working closely with the department managers and employees I understood and identified the key process and documents that needed to be part of the environment. • As the SharePoint environment was rolled out to new departments, I created and presented end-user training to expedite the integration into employees’ daily routine.• At the time the current internet site was developed in classic ASP and becoming more difficult to maintain. I provide guidance and recommendations for possible upgrade paths.Client: University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Physician Call CenterRole: .NET Developer• As part of a team developers, developed a custom .NET web application for the call center.• I provided custom UI development of screens for Microsoft CRM.• Interfaced with end users to make sure the UI was efficient enough to allow calls to be handled quickly and effectively.
