Project Manager
Current- Project Manager responsible for projects in several telecommunications providers in Latin America and Caribbean, managing projects with high complexity such as Network transformations, Peering/Access/Call Center SBCs.
- Responsible for project deployments and critical activities/network changes for large and complex networks.
- Follow Operations strategy in order to meet or exceed revenue target, keeping projects triple constraint planned costs, quality and time.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with customers, partners and fellow employees through clear metrics and timely engagement/feedback.
- First point of contact to address any customer concern/requests, driving customer feedback into internal functional/management teams and setting up actions to address it.
- Keep a clear/concise communication, and overall PM process discipline as per PMI best practice around all project life cycles.
