Coordinated all aspects of the broadcast schedule for five channels, including GBH2 and GBH44 (our most popular channels), and also assisted with schedules for New Hampshire PBS and WGBY in Springfield. Flagged programming inconsistencies and recommended improvements, and also made sure the metadata for our programs was up-to-date. Additionally, I prepared and uploaded exclusive streaming programs for our members-only WGBH Passport service, which ranged from tracking down promotional images to fixing a caption file with CADET open-source captioning software. Also proofread our monthly program guide and provided helpful edits. Generally, I made problems disappear for my bosses and improved the experience of WGBH viewers and members.

Wrote captions for some of PBS's flagship programs, like Downton Abbey, Antiques Roadshow, and NOVA, which required quick transcription (~100WPM), fluency with captioning software, and a strong command of grammar, spelling, and language. Often had to balance multiple projects and readjust work flow in order to cater to shifting client schedules. Sometimes collaborated with those clients in order to finalize deadlines and send deliverables.
