  The Boulevard CID is a public-private organization with select government powers and private sector oversight by a board of directors representing major institutional real estate owners and Fortune 500 corporations. The organization is tasked with revitalizing the Fulton Industrial District which is known as the largest industrial corridor in the Eastern United States with over 550 industrial buildings, 46 million s.f. of industrial space, approximately 20,000 workers and $1 Billion in payroll.As the Executive Director of CID, I am responsible for providing strategic vision and leadership across all facets of our operations. My role encompasses overseeing finance, marketing, public relations, risk management, compliance, and spearheading expansion and fundraising efforts. I manage an extensive portfolio of programs and projects that drive progress in economic development, public safety, transportation infrastructure, and landscaping and beautification.I set objectives and policies in collaboration with the Board and District stakeholders, championing innovative ideas and crafting strategic plans for implementation and funding. I monitor personnel, budgets, procurement, and permits to revitalize the Fulton Industrial corridor. My efforts have resulted in over $46M in revitalization initiatives, generating substantial additional investments from both the private and public sectors.
