    In this role I am tasked with the early investigation and analysis of new technologies, market developments and proof of concepts to determine and recommend strategic positioning, technical enablement feasibility and overall architectural compatibility. These initiatives consist of a broad range of topics such as core network and radio access technologies, service enablement, evaluation of LPWA, LTE-M and NB-IoT to the development of FirstNet functionality for IoT devices. Currently investigating 5G impacts to charging systems and how the business unit may monetize features such as network slicing. Recent accomplishments include a number of adopted solution designs for large automotive OEMs and the migration of over 23 million subscribers from the legacy ATT enterprise self-enablement platform to the enhanced ATT Control Center platform. These proposals and their subsequent development have resulted in multi-million-dollar gains and increased sales and profits.

Organization included 8 senior direct reports and contracting teams. Successfully planned and managed the Balance Manager Application growth from installation to 9 million subscribers. Created and implemented several application designs which maintained 100% service availability and managed unprecedented yearly subscriber growth. Defined and deployed the new M2M API architecture for the EOD application which supports millions of daily transactions without fallout.

Organization included 15 direct reports and contractors from multiple IT vendors.• Drove from concept to delivery several Industry-leading computing solutions that directly supported over $130M in yearly sales revenue.• Led from concept to deployment a unique API accessible tax solution that today supports the Mobility billers Session Based pricing and Jasper Wireless. This application saves AT&T millions of dollars per each new client on-boarded. • Coordinated application roadmaps and plans, IT development resources to successfully deliver 300+ projects with varying complexity, all within estimated cost and time projections and zero budget overruns.

Defined requirements for $2M+ statements of work (SOW) with various vendors for our AT&T IT sourcing group. Provided presentations detailing system performance, achieved milestones and roadmap proposals to VP level officers and external customer principals. Architected and delivered several new applications in direct support of the ATT Business Solution (ABS) and Emerging Devices Organization (EDO) which gave the competitive advantage that secured Amazon as an AT&T customer.• With the guidance of the Internal Revenue Service I designed the business logic, architected and delivered the Employer Tax Id Validation Tool used by Mobility IT to verify customer supplied data during a purchase. This was instrumental in reducing fraud while also reducing verification costs. TIVS was deployed as an API accessible reusable application.
