My passion reside with finding the best solution possible with stakeholders - and derived hereof, architecture, development and continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD). Having a broad knowledge on .NET, .NET Standard, .NET Core and legacy .NET Framework - coupled with modern cloud providers such as Azure and AWS - I strive to deliver distributed and resilient software solutions that follows today standards.In time of writing, this would typically imply running Docker enabled microservices in a Kubernetes cluster where the application follows the philosophy of Onion Architecture (e.g., infrastructure components can be replaced according to the IoC principle) while applying SOLID principles, current best practices, automated testing, quality gates and generally promotes a DevSecOps culture. As a professional, I am very keen on all greenfield development follows the above mentioned, non-exhaustive list of practices, while brownfield development (legacy code) is continuously catered for - and, when applicable, matured by applying the Strangler Fig pattern (hence, opening up for greenfield development). My coding style follows the guidelines from “Framework Design Guidelines”, written by two of the .NET Framework architects, as well as “Clean Code” and “The Clean Coder” guidelines by the software industry guru, Robert C.
