Gina Davis is a licensed, board-certified genetic counselor, specializing in reproductive medicine. She has a special interest in embryo donation, gamete donation, and the use of PGT-A in clinical practice.Gina leads a team of genetic counselors that provides nationwide virtual genetic counseling for fertility patients, gamete donors, and embryo donors, with a wide referral base among reproductive endocrinologists in private practice, and programs that facilitate embryo and egg donation. She is also a co-founder of EM•POWER with Moxi, an educational, support, and matching program with the central aim to empower choice and understanding in embryo donation. Gina previously served as genetic counselor and medical science liaison for PacGenomics, a clinical genetics laboratory specializing in single cell technologies. She is a former member of the Medical Advisory Committee of Reprotech LTD. She served as the sole genetic counselor at the University of California, San Francisco's Center for Reproductive Health from 2004 to 2013. While studying to become a genetic counselor, Gina worked as a medical assistant at two private fertility practices in Southern California and conducted research at a UC Irvine molecular genetics lab. She is an active member of the Assisted Reproductive Technology Special Interest Group of the National Society of Genetic Counselors (NSGC) and the Genetic Counseling Professional Group of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), a member of the Pacific Coast Reproductive Society (PCRS) and the Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy (SEEDS). She currently serves on the ASRM task force for the needs and interests of Donor Conceived People and their Families. She has previously worked as a volunteer with the March of Dimes.
