Accounting – Oversee all accounting functions for all companies in XCD Management's portfolio, including revenue recognition, inventory, accounts payable, cash receipts/disbursements, general ledger and all account reconciliations. Ensure the financial statements are properly prepared on a timely basis. Maintain accurate and complete records. Prepare annual operating budget. Monitor actual performance versus budget throughout the year. Financial Reporting – Prepare monthly financial reports for senior management and Board of Directors. Prepare special reports and financial analysis as needed. Taxes – Ensure all federal and state tax obligations are met. Payroll – Assist with processing payroll and ensuring all payroll information is accurately recorded Cash Management/Banking Services – Monitor cash balances and project cash needs. Oversee all banking services and ensure all bank accounts are reconciled on a monthly basis. Audit – Staff liaison to auditors. Manage audit process and preparation.Medicare Cost Report - Prepare and submit cost reports for all required facilities.
