Promoted from Director of Career and Academic Services (July 2020-August 2021). Provided leadership to SUNY Broome's Academic Service areas: Academic Advising Department, Career, Transfer and Bachelor Partnership Department, Academic Coaching Network, Student Retention, and the Learning Assistance Department/Accessibility Resources Office. Held a strategic focus on building holistic and collaborative success networks for students.

Elected to serve as the Chairperson of the Career and Transfer Services Department within the Division of Academic Affairs.

Served as the Staff Associate for both Fast Forward & Early College (concurrent enrollment programs) as well as the Applied Learning and Career Center.

Collaborated with campus and community stakeholders to coordinate a robust service learning program where undergraduate students earned credit to mentor at-risk youth in the community.

Served as the Residence Hall Director in the first year experience residence hall before transitioning to serve as the Community Director in the townhouse community designed for junior and senior students. Responsible for overall management and operations while partnering with the campus community to foster a welcoming and safe living and learning environment.
