Utilizes strong organizational, planning, and communication skills towards improving operational efficiency.Current Responsibilities Include:Ensure the successful launch of high profile dry diets by coordinating and communicating with animal and lab testing centers, managing project workbooks, product orders, shipment follow-ups, Invoices, PO’s, R&DV/Protocols, and budget tracking.Lead projects effectively across all categories (dry, wet, and treats) from conception through commissioning by ensuring that all deliverables meet project timelines.Manage 30+ projects and act as leader of a cross functional team by partnering with supply chain, co-manufacturers, and testing centers. Projects consist of innovation, new product development, renovation, product enhancement initiatives, HMM, and plant commissioning.Manage R&D budget to ensure we are aligned with ITQ Projections.Lead the Project Management team in the implementation of the launch of MSP as a tool for issuing R&DV's and Protocols, Test Ingredients, and Natural Claims.
