-Plan and manage all client relations, working with 40+ clients at any given time-Venue contact for all logistics, working with clients on planning, executing, and move-out. Event types include, but are not limited to: trade-shows, galas, fundraisers, corporate meetings, conferences, and weddings-Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners through strong interpersonal communication skills-Assist with maintaining social media channels with 30k+ followers -Coordinate and execute internal community engagement events-Use of AutoCAD and Visio to draw all room set-up diagrams, while working with the Fire Marshal to stay in compliance -Maintain relationships with outside vendors, contractors, and exhibitors

-Responsible for food and beverage ordering for 132 premium stadium suites, while building rapport with all long-term lease customers -Marketing of monthly and weekly specials to reach sales goals-Process orders with OMS, generates reports for staff, and follow through orders on event day-Following each event, complete the accounting process for all 132 suites, including making invoice adjustments, credit card charges and refunds, processing partner's payments and monitoring the aging report-Assist with catering and group sales events when suites are not being utilized
