As a Technology Manager, I lead diverse responsibilities in deploying and managing technology solutions to enhance customer experience. Proficient in tools like Sandsiv, SAP Customer Experience suite, and ZOHO One suite, I manage surveys, app configurations, and solution deployments, offering first-level customer support.My role extends to overseeing the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring adherence to cybersecurity standards. I manage regular upgrades for work machines and phones, conduct scans for updates, and secure devices and software. Additionally, I maintain and manage company and client websites for optimal functionality.In managing IT logistics for events, I provide necessary technology support and equipment. In summary, my role involves deploying customer experience technologies, providing first-line support, overseeing internal technology systems, developing products, and managing cybersecurity and IT infrastructure to ensure seamless processes and enhance user experiences.

Through streamlined data collection processes, I increased data collection efficiency by 20%.Data Analysis and Reporting: I actively participated in data analysis and reporting activities. I used Microsoft Excel to clean, analyze, and visualize data to generate clear and concise reports for program managers. By implementing data quality checks, I reduced reporting turnaround time by 15 days.Monitoring and Evaluation Tools: I actively participated in developing and improving BeLA Cameroon's Monitoring and Evaluation (MEL) tools.
