• Lead & form centralized testing scope & execution approach for risk business domain for all countries in scope of Global common. • Collaborate with regional SMEs/Test SMES/leads & testers in multiple geographical locations to execute the testing strategy for the respective business domain.• Provide inputs to the regional functional managers to complete the overall UAT plan & strategy and ensure that the plan is in line with the in-country UAT manager & regional SME/Business groups• Review test plans created by test SMEs/Leads & in-country team for manual and automated testing• Determine UAT entry & exit Criteria for the respective business domains across Asia• Resource and expense management to deliver projects within schedule and cost successfully• Manage the testing team, including all test planning and day to day staff management & task execution.• Ownership of all business domain testing activities to include planning, estimation, monitoring, leadership reporting, defect management, risk mitigation, metrics collection and reporting• Track execution progress and work with business, regional SMEs & testing team to resolve issues• Coordinate with regional SME's for process clarifications/ defect resolution.• Partner with regional test automation group to build scalable test automation tools and deploy them across countries.

• Business Analysis and Product management:-Liaised with major stakeholders to understand high level business requirements-Mentored team in planning and performing BA activities like BA effort estimation, stakeholder analysis, requirement analysis and documentation, solution verification (thru review of test plans)-Tracked BA activities and proactively challenge BA process for process improvement.-Review and approval of BA documents -Walkthroughs and signoff’s of requirements-Bridge between business users and solutions team; attend solution design walkthrough.-Supported the project manager for all items relating to business analysis -Defect monitoring and tracking; ensured RCA is done to identify if any BA documentation and/or process require improvement is required.- Handles escalated issues/concerns and mitigates risks• Resource management and capacity planning:-Assigned resource as per budget and monitors tasks to ensure quality and timely deliverables-Coached team leads to ensure seamless execution -Performed staff appraisal and provides regular performance feedback -Champion of process improvements and led standardizations of procedures and documents• Stakeholder and Business User management-GOTO person for all matters relating to CDE -Led\ or participated in gapping sessions / workshops with business users to elicit requirements or walk-thru functional requirements.-Proposed system revisions to improve speed and efficiency -Lead trainer of annual CDE training for regional users -Travelled to international business location whenever high-profile, critical task needs to be accomplished-Supported initiatives to increase customer satisfaction index• Generates MIS for regional management review
