Promoted to this role to help modernize and mature the existing Project Management Office by bringing the Portfolio Management practices and frameworks to Koch. Blended role with responsibilities as listed below. Culture was fast-paced and limited on labor resources. KBS was suffering due to constrained resources and no ability to forecast demand. My role was to help KBS fix that problem. Responsibilities: - Supervisor – Direct HR and development for 1 Data Analyst (US), 2 Application Systems Analyst (US), 2 Demand Analysts (US), and 1 Portfolio Manager (India)- PMO Resource Manager – Managed the project assignment for ~40 PMs, ensuring the right PM was assigned to the right work at the right time. Collaborated with PMO Leaders to make PMO work force adjustments as needed to meet customer demand- Portfolio Manager - Managed a project portfolio of ~450 inflight projects valued at ~$1B across all areas of IT, Tax & Accounting, Construction, Security and Human Resources- Portfolio Management Service Owner – Built a NEW Portfolio Management service offering for Koch.
