I am the Director of Project Delivery at Macan Deve. I will leverage my operations, project management and utility experience to support this team and create business development opportunities.Previously, I was a Director of Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Office managing Diversity Partnerships at Ford Motor Company. It is important to me to collaborate with the right partners to execute on our strategic objectives. Prior to this position, I was the Head of Learning & Development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Ford Pro responsible for creating a DEI, Culture & wellbeing strategy. Prior to working at Ford, I was at Con Edison for almost 22 years. I started as a Management Intern and worked in various departments in the organization. My most recent assignment was Director of Strategic Planning working on long term strategies for gas, steam and O&R with an emphasis on the Clean Energy Future (electrification of buildings and transportation). Prior to this I was General Manager of Substation Planning where I ran our Project Management Office, Section Manager of Gas Conversion Planning, manager of Bronx Gas Construction, and Area Manager in Manhattan Substation Construction.I worked in other management positions with increasing responsibility including: Special Projects on the PSC Management Audit and Implementation team, Field Operations Planner in Queens Gas Distribution Services where I managed a staff of over 40 employees, both union and management, in scheduled projects and inspections, as well as emergency gas incidents; Engineering Supervisor in Manhattan Energy Services; Energy Analyst in Energy Management, where I developed daily and weekly trading plans and purchased and sold wholesale energy; and Chief Construction Inspector in Manhattan Construction Management.I have a BS in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. I am a PMP professional and enjoy creating structure through leveraging project management tools. I am also a certified yoga and meditation teacher, E-RTY 200, RYT-500 and YACEP. I enjoy bringing mindfulness into the workplace to help support resilience and stress reduction.
