I lead the pre-design and design for store development projects across Canada for the adidas and Reebok brands and create a cohesive brand experience through new store openings, relocations, and remodels. I manage all aspects of construction and design projects from planning to execution, including project estimates, leasing consultations, budget assessment and monitoring, schedule implementation, project communications, risk assessment and mitigation, and procurement. Additionally, I collaborate with key partners to roll out brand concepts in the market and apply the concept vision and core principles to store designs.

I managed the full project lifecycle for rebranding, procurement, administrative, leasing, and store development projects, with oversight of project deliverables including time, budget, and quality standards, as well as leadership of the construction workstream. I also distributed funds to the appropriate teams, mitigated project risks, and executed procurement, negotiation, and contract management.

With oversight of a team of up to 30 employees, I provided leadership, guidance, and coaching to elevate the customer experience. I managed daily store operations, including scheduling, payroll, inventory management, and performance management. I also directed and executed in-store visual merchandising practices within an assigned location, as well as across a district of 10 full-price and outlet retail locations across Québec and Ontario. Additionally, I trained retail employees on visual execution and brand standards.

I executed residential design projects from conception to creation to achieve functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. I identified client needs and objectives, established the scope of work, negotiated client and vendor fees, set project schedules, researched plans, produced rough sketches and storyboards, developed designs using AutoCAD and FormZ, and procured materials. Overseeing all operations, business development, and customer service, I collaborated effectively with general contractors, architects, trades, vendors, and suppliers.
