Work with cyber experts and senior leaders to analyze the budget, schedule, and requirements of a defense client. Using proven program management methodologies, help develop and communicate your program’s strategy and business impact. Liasing with both federal, public, and private external information and intelligence sharing organizations. Applying technical cyber operations and threat intelligence expertise to quickly identify gaps in organizational systems and processes, produce mitigation or remediation recommendations, and to work with the appropriate stakeholders to implement.

Responsible for Cyber Threat Intelligence and Focused Operations programs supporting federal customer site. Responsible for cyber threat intelligence and adversary emulation. Worked closely with Cybersecurity leadership to define the strategic vision for the program and continuously develop and mature an intelligence-driven computer network defense program. Worked closely with additional teams of cybersecurity analysts to protect government (federal, state, and local) networks, data, and IT assets from cyber-based threats.

Conduct research and evaluate technical and all-source intelligence with specific emphasis on network operations and cyber warfare tactics, techniques, and procedures focused on the threat to networked weapons platforms and US and DoD information networks. Correlate threat data, analyze network events to determine the impact on current operations and conduct all-source research to determine advisory capability and intent. Produce detailed intelligence analysis reports on cyber threats, to include those linked to cyber espionage, cyber crime, and other malicious actors. Prepare assessments and cyber threat profiles of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information. Collect data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes. Fuse and analyze all-source information and intelligence to produce quality intelligence products, papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings for senior US government intelligence and network operations officials.

Conduct all-source analytic production on sources and products of information available from public, private, and U.S. and foreign Government open source materials within established security protocols. Assess foreign and domestic based publicly available information to identify trends, patterns, and relationships that provide unique insights to address defense intelligence requirements, with a primary focus on threats to Department of Defense Infrastructure. Interact professionally with clients and respond quickly to their requests, while engaging with the entire project team in a professional manner

Develop an understanding of threats, such as, insurgent and criminal networks, and provide intelligence support to policy makers, planners, and operational units engaged against these threats. Support timely and accurate complete production of Intelligence Information Reports. Provide research, analysis, and development support to internal and external stakeholders. Conduct extensive research, bulk data entry, and exploitation of proprietary, unclassified, and classified databases. Provide intelligence analysis, research, program management/analysis, technical writing and security support. Conduct research, analytical, and reporting services on financial crimes, criminal activities, and international human rights violations. Assist in exploiting and manipulating bulk data for the purposes of analyzing trends and patterns.

Responsible for providing analytical subject matter expertise (SME) on the different types of intelligence in support of Mission Command training: Human Intelligence, Communication Intelligence, Imagery Intelligence and Electronic Intelligence and creates products through the fusion of all data accumulated from a variety of sources both classified and open source information concerning enemy, non-hostile, and friendly elements to include identification, disposition, personalities, combat efficiency, and history within an Area of Operations. Performs system analysis on a variety of Command & Control (C2) systems, Independent Stimulation Module (ISM) systems, training systems, and related hardware and software employed at the Mission command Training Center (MTC).Prepares written intelligence reports and assessments, builds briefing materials for the supported military intelligence training audience to stimulate Mission Command training. Serves as a subject matter expert on preparing intelligence scenarios. Provides advice on administering or performing intelligence work in the collection, processing, reporting, analysis, evaluation, interpretation and dissemination of information and or products of the Intelligence Community disciplines and how these disciplines are incorporated into the MDMP.

Employed targeting skills and comprehensive understanding of the operation cycle as well as data, tools, and techniques used for each phase of targeting. Experience targeting networks and individuals within networks through identification of vulnerabilities for exploitation. Employed a thorough understanding of the F3EAD targeting methodology. Developed concept of Female Engagement Teams (FET) and advised Brigade Command Team on way ahead for selection, training, and utilization of FET. Coordinated and planned FET missions during deployment.
