I work with newly signed corporate clients to set up and configure their company corporate websites. I am the project manager for each of these clients as we walk through the initial stage of their program. I also work directly with several other internal departments to coordinate to successfully Launch our new clients.

I managed all the loading and updating of air contracts for all Egencia clients. I would work directly with new onboarding clients, as well as, existing clients. I also worked directly with the individual airline reps as a liaison between Egencia & our clients. My responsibilities also included audit projects for specific clients on a case-by-case basis as well as quarterly projects for certain clients.

I worked as a dedicated travel consultant for all traveling Starbucks employees. I worked on all aspects of the travelers trips including making changes enroute and rebooking and confirming multi-destination international trips.
