Ginger Porter is GOLIN's global Chief Client Officer and Innovation Leader – which translates to Business Builder, Innovation Architect and Change Maker for the agency and its incredible clients. Her career is characterized by growing things and making them better over her 25-year career, culminating in her role as CCO for GOLIN. Ginger serves as the lead driver of client growth and innovation for the agency. Job #1 is to inspire, design and organize efforts to help the agency’s world-class clients solve their biggest challenges and seize new market-making opportunities. Her role blends her passion for and expertise in creating more comprehensive relationships, increased revenue for clients and the agency, as well as the adoption of new IP and AI-fueled innovations.With a focus on earned, brand reputation, customer journey, digital and social, her expertise spans a variety of industries from retail, consumer products, food and beverage to financial services, technology, consumer electronics, travel, and hospitality. She’s had the privilege of partnering with some of the most influential companies of our modern era in nearly every industry category -- including McDonald's, Walmart, Verizon, Purina, Texas Instruments, and Discover.  Ginger has a talent for ideating and empowering new IP and innovative solutions for clients simply by listening to their needs. When brands needed to be at the center of culture and anticipate market needs more than a decade ago, Ginger operationalized Golin’s ‘Bridge’ – the agency’s real-time social and analytics command center – now operating in 25 markets and supported by more than 200 specialists across the world. Ginger recently led the creation of the agency's cutting edge social product Emotiv Intelligence, a cutting-edge proprietary tool that uses AI and facial recognition to accurately predict how social media content/ideas will perform before they are published – making a brand's content performance faster, smarter and more cost effective. Under her leadership, the agency has also achieved several firsts for its clients, including winning the PR industry’s first-ever Cannes Lions Award for earned-first creative with its longest-standing client, McDonald’s.  Finally, Ginger is passionate about: all things family, a great family adoption story (she has a beautiful one, too!), great drapes, pillows and shoes, as well as curating the perfect Spotify list for every occasion.
