As a dedicated and accomplished executive nurse at Medical Review Institute of America (MRIoA), I bring a wealth of experience, passion, and dependability to my role. Over the past nine years, I have proudly served MRIoA in various capacities, starting as a quality clinical auditor for multiple health plans. In this role, I meticulously reviewed individual health plan policies and plan language, adhering to national guidelines such as MCG, InterQual, ODG, Medicare guidelines and our client's proprietary policies.Over recent years, I have had the privilege of building and leading an amazing team of nurses at MRIoA. I have led our team in building encompassing comprehensive training programs, seamless implementation, and ongoing quality auditing and correction. Our objective is to provide our clients with exceptional nurse review services and, ultimately, improve the lives of the individuals they represent. This role exemplifies my unwavering commitment to enhancing healthcare outcomes and optimizing healthcare costs for our clients and the patients and members they serve.Throughout my nursing career I have gained extensive experience across diverse specialties, including medical/surgical, pediatrics, intensive care, long-term acute care (LTACH). In previous roles as a charge nurse, clinical supervisor, and house supervisor, I have consistently demonstrated my love for nursing and my dedication to delivering exceptional patient care.I am truly excited and passionate about the pivotal role I play in advancing healthcare and making a positive impact for our clients and broader community.
