Senior Account Manager, Writer, And Editor
CurrentAs a senior account manager, I provide communications and project management support for corporate clients. Responsibilities include:- Writing and editing support for external content. Write and edit content pieces for product marketing managers and customer success teams, ranging from white papers to blog posts, customer success slides, customer interviews, sales playbooks, presentations, infographics, web content, FAQs, online articles, and more.- Monthly newsletter production. Create monthly newsletters for two product marketing teams, which includes updating editorial calendar, writing drafts of newsletter content, and building newsletters in Adobe Campaign.- Corporate event project management. Co-manage preparations for a major marketing event, Adobe Summit, including providing relevant communications to customer and internal presenters, scheduling and coordinating with presenters and larger event organizers, providing feedback to presenters to ensure quality, and preparing summary of results based on customer surveys.- Writing and copyediting internal communications. Work with director of product marketing to create internal communications about new features and product versions as well as results in analyst reports. These communications are sent to field sales, product teams, product marketing teams, and other internal stakeholders.- Coordinate production of marketing collateral. Work closely with graphic design team to determine and realize vision for numerous marketing collateral pieces. In the past, I have written press guides and online articles that explain new features and capabilities of soon-to-be-released features in applications for creatives such as graphic designers, photographers, and video editors.
