In this position, I direct students in their prospective healthcare fields while promoting the Utah Health Scholar (UHS) program. I advise approximately 300+ pre-health students including medical, allied health, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and dental careers. I dedicate time and travel to gain the necessary knowledge in the field. In four semesters, I grew the UHS program by over 330% thus creating a community of future healthcare providers. I teach six separate college-credit courses as an adjunct professor guiding UHS members toward their healthcare programs and becoming compassionate providers. I manage student leadership as well as part-time employees as a means to maintain the quality of UHS.

Utilized LinkedIn, Slack, and other social media platforms to find candidates for hiring positions at tech company, Jane.com. Many of these positions were senior level or higher searches. I developed networking strategies through mentorship with the Director of Talent Acquisition.

Administrative position collaborating with directors, healthcare staff, geriatric residents, and resident families. Tasks focused on CNA/Caregiver recruiting, hiring, training, management, and quality implementation. Managed up to 80 employees at a time and implemented teamwork initiatives to improve quality of care and safety during the COVID-19 pandemic. Obtained experience as CNA to improve leadership of caregivers and residents.
