Proud to serve as the Board Chair for ITA. The Institute for Therapy through the Arts (ITA) is one of the few comprehensive community-based arts therapy programs in the United States to offer four creative arts treatment modalities – Music Therapy, Drama Therapy, Art Therapy, and Dance/Movement Therapy. ITA became an independent nonprofit on September 1, 2015 and serves approximately 1800 clients every year. ITA serves people of all ages and without regard for ability to pay.

I lead the maternal and child health initiatives for the AHA including the strategy implementation for maternal and child health initiatives. Developing programs highlighting tools and resources to support our members and overseeing the communication and marketing of the program, both internally and externally are among my responsibilities. The AHA is a not-for-profit association of health care provider organizations and individuals that are committed to the health improvement of their communities. The AHA is a national advocate for its members, which includes hospitals, health care systems, networks, and other providers of care as well as individual members. Developed relationships to help donors define their values and passion for charitable giving. I helped donors with philanthropic goals ensuring they aligned with their family, retirement, and personal goals. I managed a portfolio of 125 donors with a moves management goal for each to achieve the organization budget goals. Mercy Home is nearly 100% privately funded and raises over $30 million each year. In addition, I was responsible for the Planned Giving program's marketing strategy, provided original content and editing for marketing materials and newsletters, and collaborated with other departments to avail my Training, Clinical, and Business Development leadership experience.

As Core Field Consultant, I ensured quality field education experiences by facilitating effective communication, and serve as a liaison between the field instructor, SSA student, and the SSA Office of Field Education. Also taught a field seminar to cohort of students. This consulting role promoted the integration of coursework and field experiences.
