As the Vice President of Fuel Management at Tuas Power, one of the leading power generation companies in Singapore, I aided the procurement, supply, and optimization of various fuels, such as natural gas, LNG, coal, biomass, and diesel. I have years of experience in senior leadership roles in the energy sector, managing complex and diverse portfolios across different markets and regions.My core competencies include strategic planning, contract negotiation, risk management, regulatory compliance, arbitrage, trading and stakeholder engagement. I have successfully secured and executed multiple long-term and spot contracts for fuels with suppliers and customers from Indonesia, China, Thailand, the Philippines, and Malaysia etc. I have also contributed to the development and implementation of innovative energy solutions and schemes, such as the joint venture between CityGas and Osaka Gas, which provides gas energy services to Industrial and commercial customers in Singapore.
