Responsible of the Business Unit "Coaching for", which offers a customized service to companies willing to use coaching for a targeted development of competencies in a selected group of managers, through group/team coaching integrated with individual executive coaching. The methodology is a development route lasting few months (2-6 months) targeted to improve specific goals: e.g. Coaching for Leadership, for Change, for Integration, for Talents, for Teams, for Complexity, for Diversity, for Coaching (transfer the ability to become a manager-coach); and designed together with the client company.
