Execução e documentação (ETFs) de testes controlados em ambientes de homologação para garantir a performance estável do sistema aos usuários.3. Implementação e monitoramento de novas funcionalidades, assegurando o desempenho adequado das operações comerciais dentro do ambiente de produção.4. Criação e documentação de planos de Cutover, Rollback e de documentação Knowledge transfer (KT).5. Atuação para que os padrões de governança do grupo sejam plenamente atendidos nos projetos, conforme avaliações do comitê geral de mudanças.➢ Resultado atingido: Implantação do Projeto Escala.
